medical experience working in Naval service. Recently retired, he
desires to service the people in his community.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family,
exercise, Bible study, and mission trips. He currently resides in
Loudoun County, Virginia, with his wife, four children, and his dog.

Dr. McKennon attended Morgan State University in Baltimore for her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and in 1998 received her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. McKennon completed her Pediatric internship and residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After 5 years of private practice in Maryland, she moved to Northern Virginia and over the next decade gained extensive experience practicing pediatric emergency medicine and hospitalist-based medicine. She lives in northern Virginia and enjoys hiking in the countryside with her husband and 2 sons. She also enjoys traveling and exploring the culture of countries around the world.

Dr. Kim volunteered as an emergency physician for the DC Medical Reserve Corps with annual disaster preparedness training and acted as medical provider at local Senior PGA golf tournaments.
